Encourage One Another

    On Three: Go Jesus! One…two…

Harv Eker once said: “If a hundred-foot oak tree had the mind of a human, it would only grow to be ten feet tall!” How often do our own minds trick us into thinking small, placing limitations upon ourselves, feeling inferior?

  • Without the help of others, it is hard to get out of your comfort zone. We tend to live a life where we stick to things that are “comfortable”, we “don’t want to rock the boat” and don’t want to make a fool of ourselves.
  • Jesus lived the opposite way. He did not stick to the comfortable, he rocked the boat on just about every occasion, and he did not care if he was ridiculed.
  • What would change in our lives if everyone in the congregation would encourage each other to take a leap of faith, do things that were uncomfortable, cheer each other on, and be there for each other regardless of the outcome?
